Short Bio: – Dr. Ahmed is an associate member of ACI committee 222, Corrosion of Metals in Concrete, 370, Blast and Impact Load Effect, and 546, Repair of Concrete. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR.
