He received his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering emphasizing Structures from Portland State University, USA (2020), his M.Sc. degree in Structural Engineering from Portland State University (2016), and his B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Al-Mustansiriyah University, Iraq (2009).
