Short Bio: ACI member Maan Hassan is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Technology, (Baghdad, Iraq). He has conducted post-doctoral research at Leeds University (UK) and has also been a Fulbright researcher at Michigan State University (USA).  He received his Ph.D. in 2007 from UoT (Iraq). concrete materials and technology.
