Short Bio: Dr. Rafiq holds a Ph.D in structural engineering from university of Sulaimani and a MSc. and a Bsc in structural and civil engineering respectively from Technology University-Iraq. In 1999, he joined university of Sulaimani as the coordinator of civil engineering department at the college of engineering.
